Resolve employee complaints. Advise managers, employees on regulations, benefits, personnel procedures, policies. Observe, interview, train employees. Use knowledge of coordination of people, management principles in strategic planning. Prepare reports, employee handbooks. Bachelor degree in Clinical Psychology or Psychology or Human Resources.
